Joseph N. was wonderful. When he arrived, we discovered that the man who came out to give the estimate, measure and photograph the space, etc, failed to mention the ramp inside the garage (previous owner used a rolling walker). I needed to clear out an additional 6 feet of boxes. Joseph helped every step of the way. And before letting me know he was done with the job, he brought everything back into the garage from the yard. He went way above and beyond!! He explained everything I needed to know and decided I needed a better seal in one corner and is coming back to take care of it. Highly recommend everything about this company (with the exception of the guy who failed to take a picture of the ramp).
