When we moved into an existing home in Franklin, there were lots of upgrades and repairs to be made. One of the first we chose was replacing our garage door. We saw it as a sound investment in safety, curb appeal, and insulating our home.
Joseph was our installer and could not have done a better job. He was professional, courteous, and on time. He explained everything he was going to do as he did it and ensured we knew how to use all of the smart features of our garage door opener.
A few days later, we determined that our opener had a faulty microphone on its camera (first world problems, I know) but Joseph didn’t hesitate at all to come and replace the unit, sending the faulty one back to the manufacturer.
We have been so happy and impressed by our experience that we would gladly recommend this company (and Joseph) to anyone looking to upgrade or repair their garage. A+
