• Location: Multiple locations across Atlanta, Nashville, and surrounding areas
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Responsibilities:
  • Install garage doors and garage door openers for residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on proper door operation and maintenance

2. Service Technician

• Location: Multiple locations across Atlanta, Nashville, and surrounding areas
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain garage doors and openers
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and emergency services as needed
  • Work with customers to assess issues and offer solutions promptly

3. Customer Service Representative

• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and provide product information
  • Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and billing

4. Sales Consultant

• Location: Atlanta, GA & Nashville, TN
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable garage door products
  • Provide detailed estimates and follow up with clients to close sales
